Does PixelGrid train AI models using my website content?

No. PixelGrid does not use your website content, business details, or generated text and images to train AI models. Your content is stored securely in your account and used only to power your own site. We do not share or sell your data to third parties for AI training purposes.

Is there a monthly limit on AI content and image generation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each plan includes a monthly AI generation allowance measured in tokens (text) and image credits. Free plan users receive a limited monthly quota. Paid plans receive a higher allowance proportional to the plan tier. Your current usage is visible in your account settings.

What happens when I reach my AI generation limit?

If you exhaust your monthly AI generation quota, AI-powered content and image generation will be paused until your allowance resets at the start of your next billing cycle. Your existing site content is never affected — you can still edit, publish, and manage your sites normally. Upgrading to a higher plan immediately increases your quota.

PixelGrid sites are hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, a globally distributed CDN infrastructure backed by Google Cloud. This means fast load times worldwide, automatic SSL/TLS certificates, DDoS protection, and high availability — all managed for you with no server configuration required.

How long does it take for my site to go live after I publish?

Most sites are live within 1–3 minutes of clicking Publish. PixelGrid automatically builds and deploys your site to Firebase Hosting's global CDN. You'll see the status update to 'Live' in your dashboard once deployment completes. Custom domain propagation may take up to 24–48 hours after your DNS records are configured.

How do I set up a custom domain for my PixelGrid site?

From your dashboard, click the Domain button on your published site card. PixelGrid will show you the DNS records to add at your domain registrar (typically an A record and a CNAME record). Once you've added the records, Firebase Hosting will automatically provision an SSL certificate. Full propagation usually takes 24–48 hours.

Which browsers does PixelGrid support?

The PixelGrid editor works in all modern browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox for the best editing experience. The websites you build with PixelGrid are also fully compatible with all modern browsers and mobile devices.

Can I export my website content or data?

Yes. Your generated text, images, and site configuration are stored in your account and are not locked into PixelGrid. You can copy content directly from the editor at any time. For a full data export, contact support at dillon@skyforgellc.io and we'll provide your data in a portable format.

How do I cancel my PixelGrid account?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your PixelGrid account by clicking 'Manage Billing' and selecting the cancellation option in the Stripe billing portal. Your account and sites remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact support at dillon@skyforgellc.io.
